If you have lost your account:
If your account was at any point linked to Facebook or Google Plus, logging into the respective account and opening the game should retrieve it.
If that does not work, please start a new game, and message us directly from within that new game.
Contact Us Form: Tap on avatar in-game (upper left hand corner) > Contact Us > "Help! I lost my account - Recover account" > Tap “Contact Us” in the menu.
Please make sure to include the following information:
- Exact name of the account you lost access to
- Team Level
- Character ID# (if you remember it)
- PPID (if you remember it)
If your game keeps crashing or does not load:
