If you’re having trouble connecting the game to Facebook or Google Play, you’ll want to double-check the following.
First, make sure you’ve installed the latest version of Facebook by entering the “Updates” bucket of the App Store.
When that’s all set, make sure you’re logged into Facebook the App, as well as in your Device Settings. To check the latter:
- Enter your device settings
- Find and enter the Facebook bucket > verify that you’re logged in with the right credentials
- Launch the game again & check that your account is connected

If your account was disabled please contact the Google Account Recovery team. Make sure to include a description of what happened when the account became disabled.
